I am a change and organisational efficiency consultant with focus on business transformation and culture change.

​

Having worked in leadership positions at various large and medium sized companies I have gained first hand experience of the complexities and challenges of transformative change at all levels in organisations. During this time I have developed an interest in finding creative ways to help people expand their capabilities in the midst of change, mobilising and energising them towards their desired goals. 

​

I work with teams and leaders at all levels to co-design a business and culture transformation programs built on purpose and self-organised initiatives.

​

I have been awarded an MSc with distinction in Organisational Development (Leading and Facilitating Transformative Change), an MA in Economics and a foundation certificate in gestalt and business psychology.
